Thamar University and Yemen Mobile Explore Cooperation and Sponsorship of the Sixth Technical Conference

□ In the context of strengthening institutional partnerships that support scientific research and innovation, the Rector of Thamar University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, accompanied by the Vice-Rector for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research, Professor Dr. Abdulkarim Zabiba, visited Yemen Mobile Telecommunications Company.

They were received by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Engineer Abdulkhaliq Ahmed Abdullah Al-Hussam, and the Vice Chairman of the Board, Engineer Fouad Ahmed Al-Qawas, to discuss prospects for joint cooperation between the two parties.

During the meeting, aspects of cooperation and coordination regarding Yemen Mobile's sponsorship of the Sixth Technical Conference, organized by the Faculty of Computer Science at Thamar University in 2026, were discussed. The technical and administrative arrangements for concluding an agreement to contribute to sponsoring the conference were also reviewed, with the aim of ensuring its success and achieving its scientific objectives.

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening the partnership between Thamar University and Yemen Mobile, which serves scientific research and innovation, supports academic and technical activities, and enhances the quality of conferences and scientific events organized by the university.
