The University Rector Inspects the Progress of the Educational, Administrative and Maintenance Process in a Number of Colleges and General Departments

■ The Rector of the University, Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, accompanied by his Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Adel Al-Ansi, and the General Secretary of the University, Dr. Mohammed Hutram, inspected today a number of the University's Colleges and General Departments.

 

Dr. Al-Haifi was briefed on the progress of the educational process in the Colleges of Applied Sciences, Computers, the Institute of Continuing Education, and the Departments of Financial, Administrative, Academic Affairs, Security and University Guard, Media, and Public Relations.

 

 During the visits, in the presence of the Deans of Applied Sciences, Dr. Fahmi Al-Absi, and Continuing Education, Dr. Nabil Al-Mikhlafi, a number of Faculty members, and General Managers of the aforementioned Departments, the Rector of the University held a number of meetings, in which he discussed the working conditions in the Colleges and Departments, stressing the importance of maintaining buildings and infrastructure, especially in light of the continuous rains that Allah has blessed our country with recently. 

 

Dr. Al-Haifi touched on accelerating work in the units he visited on the Code of Professional Conduct, developing services, simplifying procedures, and getting rid of administrative routine. 

 

He was accompanied on the visits by the General Assistant Secretary for Human Resources, the Assistant Head of the Procedures Simplification Team in the Code of Professional Conduct, the Dean of the Engineering Consulting Center, and the Director of the Maintenance Department in Public Services at the University.
