Thamar University Launches Parallel Medicine Exams and Announces Preliminary Results

July 29, 2025 ■ Prof. Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, along with his deputy, Prof. Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, and the Dean of the College of Medicine, Dr. Abdullah Al-Murtadha, launched the admission and competitive examinations this morning at the College of Medicine for 581 high school graduates competing for 60 seats at the College of Medicine, ranked first in academic accreditation among Yemeni universities. The examinations were conducted in eight examination committees distributed across two centers at the College of Medicine and one at the College of Dentistry.
