Thamar University Organizes the Competitive Examination for the College of Dentistry for Parallel System Students

■ In an organizational and competitive atmosphere, the College of Dentistry at Thamar University held the competitive and admission exam today.

The exam was attended by Professor Dr. Mohammed Al-Haifi, the Rector of Thamar University, accompanied by Professor Dr. Abdulkafi Al-Rifai, the Vice-Rector for Student Affairs, the Dean of the College of Dentistry, Dr. Nashwan Al-Tairi, and the General Secretary of the College, Hisham Al-Mahdi, as well as a number of university leaders and academic and administrative staff.

At the inauguration, the University Rector praised the efforts of the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs and the Deanship of the College of Dentistry in organizing the exams for 111 students who applied through the parallel system, competing for 60 study seats at the College of Dentistry at Thamar University. He emphasized that the exams were conducted with complete transparency and in accordance with approved academic standards.

From his part, Dr. Al-Rifai indicated that the opportunity is still available for students who were unsuccessful in this test to enroll in other colleges within the university's medical, applied or humanities programs.

It is worth noting that the preliminary results of the 1447 parallel system placement test for the College of Dentistry were announced a few hours after the exam ended, as a part of the university's commitment to transparency and speed in academic procedures.
